FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet)

Fibre to the Cabinet or FTTC is when a fibre cable runs from a BT exchange to a street cabinet that contains the Broadband equipment. From here it is linked to buildings and homes via BT’s existing copper network. This then connects the home or business to Fibre Broadband.

DIA (DIRECT INTERNET ACCESS)

This connection to the internet is for your company only. You are not contending uploads and downloads with any other companies in your building or on your street, or in your local area so you will never have poor internet speeds. Providing there are no extenuating circumstances, the upload and download capabilities of a dedicated internet access cable are gauranteed.
