What do I do if my tap won't turn off?

Firstly locate your stop cock. Once located turn the handle clockwise until fully closed. Then ring the experts.

When should i have my boiler serviced?

You should have your boiler serviced at least once a year this will keep your warranty in date and also the appliance will be functioning correctly. Also it will make sure the boiler is infact safe to be used. Only ever use a gas safe registered engineer who is qualified to work on domestic boilers. You can check this on the gas safe website.

How much do you charge to attend a boiler breakdown.?

There are no hidden costs here at master gas. We charge one price only and that is to repair the boiler. No callout charge applies.
