Mindfulness and meditation are the keys to a happy, peace-filled and fulfilling life. They have been taught and used in the East for 1,000s of years and really work when done properly.
The leader of this one-day workshop learned these techniques as a child from Indian teachers and has practised them all his life.
This workshop will:
