Apple has today complied with a court order originally passed down by Judge Colin Birss in July, to make a formal apology to Samsung for stating that the Korean firm copied the design of Apples iPad when designing the Samsung Galaxy tablet. Apple contested the original judgment from July, but lost their appeal in October and were again told to make a public apology on their site (to be in a font no smaller than Arial 14) as well as 3 leading UK magazines.
